ICF Level 1 ACC Coach Training Program

Yes. Adhigam Avenue's Level 1 program is ICF-accredited and is designed to provide the coach education required for the ICF ACC Level 1 pathway.

The program includes 62 hours of coach education delivered through live sessions and course learning activities.

Yes. The program includes the complete 10 hours of Mentor Coaching: 7 hours of Group Mentor Coaching and 3 hours of Individual 1:1 Mentor Coaching.

Yes. All 7 group hours are Group Mentor Coaching. Together with the 3 individual hours, they provide 10 total hours of Mentor Coaching.

Yes. The applicable performance evaluation / skills validation for the cohort is included and is conducted in accordance with the applicable ICF Level 1 requirements.

Yes. The program is delivered online through live virtual sessions together with required course learning activities.

The program includes 15 weekend sessions, with each live session lasting 2.5 hours.

No. Successful completion provides your ICF-accredited Level 1 coach education completion documentation. The ACC credential itself is awarded separately by ICF after you meet the applicable ICF credential requirements.

You must separately meet ICF's coaching-experience requirements, submit your ACC credential application to ICF, pay the applicable ICF fee, and complete the applicable ICF examination requirements.

No. Coaching-experience hours are maintained by the candidate and may be accumulated independently with eligible clients in accordance with ICF requirements. Adhigam Avenue can provide guidance and connect participants with coaching groups and networking opportunities, but does not guarantee all 100 hours.

Yes. Required course learning materials and activities are included in the program.

No. The required Mentor Coaching and applicable evaluation / skills validation included in the Level 1 program are part of the program fee. ICF credential application/examination fees are separate and are paid directly to ICF.

Yes. Session recordings can be made available for review when a participant is unable to attend. However, participants should attend the live sessions whenever possible, and normally only 1-2 sessions may be missed during the program.

Yes. Each cohort follows a fixed weekend schedule. The applicable dates and times are shown with the cohort information, and participants receive calendar/Zoom invitations for the sessions.

Yes. Participants may join internationally, and the website/calendar invitations display the applicable local time. Daylight-saving changes may occasionally cause a one-hour difference during the program.

No. It is a structured cohort-based program with 15 live weekend sessions plus course learning activities.

No. IELTS is not required. The program is delivered in English, so participants should be comfortable understanding and participating in coaching conversations in English.

Yes. The program is fully online and participants join from the U.S., India, Europe, Asia, and other locations.

Yes. Where offered for the selected cohort, 2- and 3-installment payment options are available through the enrollment process and are not based on credit history.

Transfers are subject to Adhigam Avenue's transfer policy and seat availability for the requested cohort. Please contact the team as early as possible if your schedule changes.

The 100 coaching hours required for ACC are separate from the Level 1 education program. Candidates maintain their own coaching-hour records and may obtain qualifying hours independently with eligible clients.

We can connect participants with fellow coaches, coaching groups, networking opportunities, and potential pro bono opportunities. However, we do not guarantee all 100 coaching hours.

No. They are an ICF credential requirement rather than a requirement to complete the Level 1 education program. Participants can accumulate eligible hours during and after their coach education.

For cohorts affected by the 2027 ICF transition, Mentor Coaching and the applicable evaluation/skills-validation process will be delivered according to the ICF requirements applicable to that cohort.

The program is delivered by ICF-credentialed faculty, including experienced ACC-, PCC-, and MCC-credentialed coaches and coach educators. Confirmed faculty profiles are shared for the applicable cohort.

Mentor Coaching is provided by appropriately qualified mentor coaches according to the ICF requirements applicable to the cohort.

Yes. After successfully completing all program requirements, you will receive Level 1 program completion documentation/certificate for the 62 hours of coach education.

Completing Level 1 does not automatically make you an ACC credential-holder. You may state that you completed or graduated from an ICF-accredited Level 1 coach education program. ACC may be used only after ICF awards the credential.
